Playa Bowls - Bethlehem

I enjoyed their poke bowl options from last year. However, I found the smoothie bowls to be a little too sweet for my taste.

Everything looks amazing! I love all the vibrant colors, and the fruits appear so fresh. I just wish it weren't so pricey.

The bowl was overwhelmingly sweet, with all the fruit drenched in sugar water. The açaí base contained both sugar and stevia extract, and since I'm allergic to stevia, my throat began to swell up. I had to inquire with the staff, as I wasn't aware that stevia was included. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and the quality has really declined. I won’t be returning. However, I do want to note that the staff were friendly and honest; it's not their fault.
