Horrible service! My son played baseball for shop windows all day. It was 8:15, we ordered a chicken wing pizza to have delivered it to our hotel. The supplier showed himself with a small bag of chicken wings. I tried to refuse the bag. He said that gave him the restaurant. I showed him what I ordered. Henry von Doordash was great!! He wanted to help me. He went back to the restaurant to get my right order. I contacted Doordash and we had a 3-way talk about the topic. VILLA told me I had to go to CANCEL MY ORDER! I told them I wanted my pizza, I didn't want to cancel my order!! To have another delivery, I had to cancel. So I did what I was told and ordered another pizza. My ETA was 9:55 for my pizza. The driver called me at 9:55 and said they were not pizzas. I called the delivery company, they called VILLA. VILLA told them that the driver took my pizza, I should get it. They lied and NIE made my second order!! Pizza NIE showed up, we went without dinner. It was too late to have another delivery. They gave me a loan of $12. What I'm not here and I'll never use it. They obviously don't care about their customers.
