We stayed at the hotel next door and came here for breakfast on the second morning (the hotel breakfast left a lot to be desired . They were busy (expected on a Sunday morning! and we had about 15-20 min wait (2 adults and 3 kids . The hostess was so sweet and got us on the list as soon as we walked in. Once we were seated, our waitress was fantastic (I wish I could remember her name- she was an older lady and was so sweet. Our girls loved her. She got our order in quickly and our food came out fast. The hostess came back by and brought a chair for us to set our car seat on so we didn’t have to try to fit it in the booth with us- it was totally unprompted or asked for and we just really appreciated her thoughtfulness. The coffee was not the best but the food was great. We all left with happy bellies! We’ll definitely be back if we’re in the area. Poor service from employees poor customer service from everyone!
I made a to go order because I thought it Would be busy and there would be a wait for seating. I get there to pick up my order and there’s literally 2 customers including myself. I asked if I could sit and eat my food I also informed them that I would tip. I was denied seating. Never in my life have I had this happen to me. They literally refused to let me sit and eat the food that I had just paid for. This is the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered in my life. I literally order breakfast 3-4 times a week from this location because I work in the area. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. How do you deny a paying customer a seat to eat ???? Especially if there’s only 2 other people in the restaurant. I would’ve understood if it were busy. This was just outright discrimination. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
