Bagel Deli Creations - Bethpage

This place was a total disaster. I just wanted to grab a few bagels, but after waiting for 45 minutes and having to ask about my order, I was extremely frustrated. I used to enjoy coming here, but the way they run things has really deteriorated. I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

The hygiene at this restaurant is very poor. Everything is handled by hand. There’s always a wait of at least 20 minutes to pick up food. Additionally, there are issues for people with disabilities. It seems that their needs are not adequately accommodated.

I had a great experience with the guy at the counter; he really made a difference and was very kind. However, the tall lady in red was quite the opposite—rude and unprofessional. She definitely needs proper training on how to treat customers; it seems like she never learned that from her parents. Because of her intimidating behavior, I don't think I'll be returning. She acted as if she suspected I was going to steal the chips, which was completely unnecessary and off-putting. Additionally, the other girl was sweeping the floor and constantly looking at me as I sat down, even moving chairs around. Although the sign said they close at 4, it felt very disrespectful to be treated that way. It’s a shame because the sandwich was truly amazing.

The food is outstanding! My new favorite place. Delivery takes a little bit but the food was still hot and delicious and they are very nice.

Came in early morning around 6:15am and to my surprise there was only one person working in the front, preparing sandwiches for the customers. He apologized for the wait although it wasn’t his fault, and it was hardly a wait. So after about 10 mins of waiting I got my Turkey bacon, egg n cheese and I bit into one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. Would def be recommending to my coworkers, family and friends. The man that works in the mornings deserves a raise!
