I want to begin by mentioning that this restaurant is in a great location, only a 12-minute drive from the AMF Bowling Alley. Upon entering, a lovely lady greeted me warmly. Our whole family sat down and looked at the menu, and the lady came to take our order. I started ordering in English but checking with my family in Urdu, and to my surprise, the lady spoke fluent Urdu and impressed me with her accent. As we enjoyed our food, I overheard her speaking fluently in Spanish to a customer from Colombia. When it came time to pay, I asked for a cup of Kahva. Instead of just one, she generously gave us 6 cups for free, which we greatly appreciated. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

I was very disappointed with this restaurant. The portions of food were very small, as you can see in the photos I have attached. I ordered two chicken koftas and two beef koftas, but they were all chopped up and placed in one box, giving the appearance of only one of each. The chicken Tikkas also seemed overpriced and small in quantity. I will not be returning to this place. Additionally, I was surprised to see tax added to the food bill.

Always get food catered from here have never had a issue . Food is absolutely amazing authentic afghan taste.

I have visited many Halal restaurants in various states, but my visit to NY Long Island Halal Express Kabab House was truly delicious and enjoyable. The food was very tasty, and I had a great experience. Alhamdulillah and thank you so much.
