Hello sir or madam, The service aspect of the pickup still needs ironing out the site says share your GPS location with them pull up and the person will come out to your car and give your items to you. There was no checkin option I arrived early subsequently saw two other patrons arrive after me and get their curbside delivered to them so I said to myself ok it's good I'll get mine next... 17 min go past the Time it said my order was ready so I decided to go in sure enough it was sitting there steaming on the shelf crispness was a thing of the past, possibly heat..and quality. I contacted the manager she said I was supposed to check in. I explained. There was no option. The genius in the store said they have no way of tracking the patrons who share thier locations. The bone in wings were delicious the flavors were great the quality of meat was great and the whole order was cooked properly and made on time. I arrived early and didn't get my order seamlessly as advertised. The front of the house delivery service aspect is a failure in this instance. Not the kitchen. All of the signage says sit back relax we will come to you no sign says check in with us call us etc it says pull into a spot and WE will come to you. It is misleading and also a waste if the order doesn't get to the customer as fast and as efficiently as you make it and provide it for pickup. Great job otherwise. Thanks for your time. Barely any fries, the fries present were rock hard, and the chicken was cold. don't make the same mistake

The bone in wings are so dry, not at all juicy. I got garlic Parm and it didn't even taste like they were sauced. I would not order from here again.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!
