Bruegger's Bagels - Bettendorf

Dirty store and all tables are labeled for no dine in customers? Pass this up and go to the other coffee shop in same parking lot.

I visited on June 28th, 2023 at about 9 in the morning. I was excited to come because I hardly ever get to come here since it's kind of expensive. $3.89 for a bagel with cream cheese, $3.99 for orange juice, etc) First thing I noticed is that the dining room is closed to the public. I'm not sure why. Not a problem, I can get it to go. The lady behind the counter was incredibly nice and helpful. The older man with the glasses operating the cash register was not. He had a bad attitude not just towards me but also when talking to his coworkers. Maybe he had a bad morning or something but it was uncalled for. Not sure if I will ever come back here.

My go to place for a breakfast or Lunch Sandwich. Great food Quality and selection. Keep it up!

Love Bruegger’s Bagels, but their customer service is always so disappointing! Zero acknowledgment when you walk in the door, or even up to the counter. They seem bothered to help anyone most of the time. A simple “Hey, we’ll be right with you!” could go a long way. I keep hoping their customer service will improve, but it sucks.

Just went here today with my husband. We come here when we are in the area! The bagels are always top notch! I love how the bagels are coated in their toppings like the everything bagel. The cream cheese is always on point and I love the variety! Brueggers just has a quality of food then some surrounding bagel places. The service we experienced was also good. We will continue to visit this place in the future. I hope their recipes never change!
