Contribuisci feedbackIt was quite enjoyable. We visited during a busy time, with a line of about 7 to 8 cars, but we received our food in around 15 minutes. They did forget to give us our drinks, but we also forgot to ask for them, so just be sure to keep track of your order and don't blame them for everything.
The food was delicious, and the customer service was friendly and efficient. There was a mix-up with my drink order, but they promptly corrected it. The all-natural lemonade was definitely the highlight of our meal!
This place has had the same rude elderly women working here for over a year If not for the fact this restaurant apparently still doesn't allow customers inside apparently due to covid I would have addressed her uncalled for behavior to the restaurant manager in front of everyone in the restuarant. Also I see other reviews mentioning a rude woman. And or other people who have had the misfortune of encountering someone extremely rude who works here this tells me this seems to be a habitual issue. I've learned in business if the customer wants something to stop then don't give money to that business. Lastly the governor of Iowa is not mandating businesses to stay limited to drive through or 3rd party delivery services. I find it strange this place hasn't returned to normal like most other local businesses. However 3 very positive things , Not everyone who works here is rude there are some people here who bust their humps for the customers , I don't think they have ever gotten my order wrong and if I refrigerate hamburgers from here and reheat them even a day or so later they still taste the same which is pretty impressive
Okay, here goes. The other day for lunch my husband and I went to Wendy 's and got some sammies and drinks. Fantastic service! There were a bunch of cumtomer service oriented adults working. Food was exactly as expected. Great experience! The problem is that I had tried a drink that I wanted to get again and I was near there a couple nights later. I went to go inside and the door was locked and the lobby was closed understandable in this day and age and I view that as no problem at all. So, I get into the drive thru line as I had about 25 minutes before my meeting. I wait to order no problem. I ordered the frosty ccino to take to my meeting. I pull forward and wait for a long time for all the cars in front of me to get their order and it 's finally my turn at the window. The young man opens the window and says so we actually don 't have your frosty ccino. There were 3 other employees standing behind him just standing there. I said oh, okay, wish someone would have told me sooner I just sat waiting for a long time well, would you like something else? He said no . I went there specifically for that and at any point someone could have stepped out to my car to inform me that they were out and I could have gone to get a coffee somewhere else! Instead, I didn 't have time and had to get to my meeting. No coffee. I felt like the night crew could not be further at the other end of the spectrum from the day crew when it came to customer service. My entire 25 minutes was spent waiting for nothing and the less than 2 minute away drive to my meeting. Bummer.
Couldn’t believe the horrible attitude I was greeted with because they were “closed” immediately after I ordered and was missing items. They hurried and slapped together a burger to replace it after I was again greeted with an attitude at the window because they are “closed”. The food was disgusting to top it off and I threw it out. Wish I had asked for a refund instead
