It's only been one more time, but it was a complete hit. You taste the passion on the board. There's someone in the kitchen that's committed to the products he serves. The young tarbot that we were given was perfectly served, and the water gets me in the mouth when I think about it. The whole menu tells a beautiful story and the wines are from top quality. As far as I'm concerned, one to two points short in gault millau. Here we come back!
We enjoyed a top menu! Everything was fine. Also the Chief is very kind and comes to say good-byes before sending us home.
Herbert Robbrecht is a great culinary gentleman. This week had a dinner there, and once again, it was a fantastic culinary discovery! His wife [Sighs] [Chuckles] [Chuckles] [sighs] It's a restaurant that's very highly recommended to us.
Yesterday we had a lovely evening. The menu flavors and scents were sublime, high-risk and very tasty. The wines were perfectly consented to every dish. The service was top. It's nice that the chief himself comes to record the menu and makes time for a chat. Our fifth anniversary had passed. Chapeau Herbert and team.
