One pound forty for extra hash brown disgusting your a joke we love the breakfasts but I can't believe what you charge we learnt an expensive lesson

The amount of errors we have at this drive through! Never any compensation either. Our ice creams were like milk by the time the redid our order.. 3 times over.. with a screaming baby to boot! In future will drive further as I’m sick of it! It’s probably just a simple solution that’s needed, like a numbering system so they can get what each customer orders in the correct order!!

I ordered @20.11 and my tray of food didn’t arrive till 20.35. Half of the order was missing and what food did come was cold. I ordered the drinks without ice in and they came with ice in. The dips were missing for the chicken selects. I took the order back to the counter and was told in a shirty manner by the shift manager they were short staffed and busy. They had targets to meet and it was my fault for ordering my drinks without ice in and no salt on the chips. They had made the rest of the order but had to wait for the chips to cook so the rest of my order was cold. I asked for the barbecue sauce for the chicken selects and was told it was in the pump dispensers. It wasn’t as they had put tomatoe ketchup in both dispensers. He also asked me if I know what it was like to work in a Mc Donald ??? I really don’t know what that had to do with my order !!. He was really cross with me for complaining and he was off hand and shirty with me. Every time we go to this restaurant they get the order wrong or it is cold. This is the worst restaurant round here. I don’t expect to go into a restaurant and be told in a off hand manner it is my fault my order is wrong and they are short staffed and busy also that they have targets to meet. What has this got to do with me. I don’t know why no one is taking notice of this branch and making improvements and why the shift manager can speak to customers like he spoke to me. The restaurant is dirty, the tables are sticky and the bins over flowing. Some one from management needs to do a spot check and change the attitude of the restaurant staff and shift manager. They are going to lose customers if it carries on like this.

After visiting here for a quick lunch the cheese burger and fries were delicious nice hot and of a good standard. All was clean and tidy ,neatly kept place all the tables were spotless clean and no rubbish on the floors . The staff are especially helpful and extremely friendly. Really would recommend.

Balloons, friendly staff, large patio, large playplace, clean restaurant, great way to keep the kids busy for a while and save me cooking.
