Contribuisci feedbackWhen we arrived at the window, the same woman called us rude without giving us a chance to explain ourselves. The situation escalated quickly—after we handed her our card, she outright refused to give us our food. We attempted to apologize and ask for our order, but she wouldn’t listen. Eventually, she offered a refund instead of our food, which we didn’t want. This led to her making unfounded accusations and dragging my son into the conflict while speaking negatively about him. We reluctantly accepted the refund, but when she mentioned it would be cash, we found it confusing since she just mentioned a refund to our card. Our arguments continued, and she even threatened to call the police. Eventually, we did receive our refund, but not without a lot of frustration. KFC corporate really needs to reconsider the management and staff at this location; they clearly lack basic customer service skills. I also couldn't help but feel that our race may have played a role in the poor treatment we received in this predominantly African American community. While that may not be the sole reason, it felt like a contributing factor. As for kid-friendliness, I wouldn't recommend bringing children here—there are certainly some bad role models among the staff.
The staff were unhelpful and I waited for 10 minutes while the person taking orders was absent. When they finally returned, I was informed that they didn’t have the chicken pieces I wanted. Overall, I would rate it: Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1.
Delicious food! The takeout service was excellent. I had dinner, and the price per person was around $50 to $100. Everything from the food to the service and atmosphere was top-notch, all rated a perfect 5. I highly recommend the Original Chicken Sandwich and the Fried Chicken!
Hello Everyone! Today we went to this location after church and when I tell you it was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We were placing our order in the drive thru the young lady was talking so rude we decided to go into the store to speak with the manager to find out that the lady on the drive thru was actually the manager! KFC Corporate please be mindful of the people that you hire. When I say that she was so rude and disrespectful I request that you please PULL YOUR CAMARAS! No one should ever fill like we are inconveniencing them when trying to order. To find out that she is displaying this lack of professionalism to the other employees. Note: their cook approached both my husband and I by coming out and apologizing on how the manager displayed herself. Thanks to the cook Delorean for realizing that Professional is always the Key to GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.! Corporate please reach out to me right away. The manager should be FIRED! To say the least. We just left!! Horrible Store and will not ever return back to this STORE!
Customer service and the quality of food you serve, are major components in keeping a restaurant alive. Food WAS mediocre but THE YOUNG LADY THAT WAS WORKING DRIVE THRU WAS SO COMPLETELY RUDE, NOT ACCEPTABLE. HER NAILS WERE ABOUT 3.5 INCHES LONG, WHICH MADE DOING HER JOB CHALLENGING. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
