Hispanic recipe dame was sweet. the Indian type, who probably wasn't sure of me the manager or owner, refused to give his name and was so rude and made us so unpleasant. Stay away.

Great hotel and great experience. There was a problem with my booking by a travel agency. I had booked weeks in advance and found out when I showed up, my reservation was not there. It was jammed before midnight. The host was so friendly and went out of his way to see what he could do. He could find something for me and really saved my trip. The hotel and amenities are amazing and the location could not be better. Thank you.

Don't stay here! My stay was scheduled for 10/5/22 10/6/22. I arrived at 3:00 and checked in room 201. At 12 a.m., I started to get annoyed. I turned the light and discovered a bedbug in bed! I killed it and immediately informed a representative at the reception. I invited the reception to my room to show him the bedbugs. I also discovered a blood stain on the lamp next to the bed that shows that there can be an infestation. I told the reception that I didn't feel comfortable here anymore and would rather sleep in my car. I have 12 bites on my back. I collected my stuff from the room and checked. I was told a manager would call me for a refund. I slept in my car until it was time to drive to the airport. I was still charged $272 for the room. No one from the management has reached in relation to the incident and I called 3 times and any person who answered me, the manager will contact me. This is the bad experience at all! Not only was I charged for a room that has bedbugs, I did not stay, never got an apology, and I was bitten with the risk of bringing bedbugs home!

I had a fantastic stay at the Sirtaj Hotel. The room was clean and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. In particular, Sunney, who was the bartender, was so nice and great to talk to. He was very encouraging when I told him about my upcoming interview. I would highly recommend coming here if you?re looking for somewhere to stay in Beverly Hills.
