Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from the hostess, and the waiter attended to us promptly. The atmosphere felt like a happy hour spot, as it's located in a large office park. I had been craving a White Russian from another restaurant, but since I couldn’t have it here, I opted for the Mexican food. Unfortunately, my friend and I found the food to be rather disappointing. I tried the enchiladas, and they were bland. After a while, I realized they just needed some salt! I'm not sure what my friend ordered, but he didn’t seem to enjoy it much either. The salsa was rather watery. It makes me wonder why some restaurants even bother putting salt and pepper on the tables anymore!
Consistent quality! While it may not earn any gourmet awards, I've never had a disappointing meal here. The food is reliable, the service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, it's always a satisfying experience.
I used to love this place and would have given it a 5-star rating a year ago. However, during my last few visits, I've had some frustrating experiences. When I called to place my orders, I had to repeat each item about 20 times, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, on the last two occasions, the fajitas I've ordered didn't come with tortillas, even though I specifically requested them. I've also been charged for items I didn't order, while other items I did order were not charged. The items I was charged for were confusing, as I had no idea what they were, and they ended up being more expensive than what was missing from my bill.
Is it really Mexican food? Not really, but it's really good American Mexican food. Always sit at the bar and always get the Queso chips (chips salsa are free.) The bartenders are always friendly and attentive. Many times we order the Combo (Hühner/Steak) Fajitas for one person, and it is enough for 2 persons, especially after the choking on chips and Queso. Got some beers and you're out for under $50. Fun atmosphere.
Waitress was attentive and friendly. Appetizer, taquito bites had no flavor. Won't order those again. The main course was full of flavor and good portion size. Dessert was delicious had the brownie with vanilla ice-cream. Had to give a 4 star because of the temperature in the sitting area. It was freezing had to put on my coat. Could not sit and enjoy out meal.
