Domino's Pizza - Beverly

Since the incident a few months ago, I have to say that all my orders have been processed quickly, accurately, and without any issues. The $5.99 deal for each pizza is unbeatable. For just $13, I can feed myself and four children, which is hard to find anywhere else. Domino's even claims to support Beverly baseball, which is great. They have four coupons for buy one pizza, get one free. However, when we arrived, they refused to accept the coupon, saying that the Beverly Domino's had discontinued them. This was disappointing, especially since we had spent $20 to support the baseball team, and the promotion is only for Beverly. It's frustrating that they benefit from the free advertising but don’t follow through with their promotions. What made it worse was that my teenager was the one paying for the pizzas, and I felt like her concerns were overlooked due to her age. The total came to $27 for two medium pizzas, while they offer the same pizzas online for $5.99 each nationwide, meaning we were overcharged as well. I did speak with the manager, who was very nice and offered either a refund or credit. However, I still don't understand why my daughter wasn't able to get the buy one, get one free deal while she was there.

I ordered buffalo wings but received barbecue instead. I asked for pepperoni pizza and got cheese. This is exactly why I avoid Domino's, but unfortunately, it's the only place open right now. There should really be a law against service this poor!

Terrible experience! We live in a place where our complaints seem to fall on deaf ears. I ordered Buffalo wings and received barbecue instead; I asked for pepperoni and got a plain cheese pizza! Unfortunately, the only option available was Domino's, and now I understand why. This is exactly why I haven’t ordered from them since I was 12. It was a complete waste of time and money. Honestly, you’d be better off making your own pizza with Wonder Bread and some pizza sauce from the pantry. What a joke of a business!

Always a pleasant experience I've never once had a negative thing to say about this crew they are amazing!

I must say that being new to my location only living in Beverly for about 1 year and few months, this is my main go to take out for pizza and cheesy breadsticks and that?s because every other Take out joint that I?ve tried has disappointing me and atleast I know what I?m getting with Domino?s, and PLS let me add their in-store coupons and national coupons save me betweeneight to $10 every order so it?s pretty good and very reasonably priced especially with the coupons that are always available.They even give you three dollars for your next order just for picking it up as a ?delivery tip? which is fantastic! thisdominoes is pretty much for the most part always on point and with their food being hot ready and done promptly whether I pickit up or it?s delivered I don?t have issues so I can?t complain about their service as well, even when they were shortstaffedand super super busy they still managed to get my order in and cooked to perfection and delivered to my home ASAP. For the mostpart everybody?s been nice but I haven?t really had much encounters with the actual staff due to her and everything beingcontactless so with that being said, ?Domino?s you guys are my pizza heroes? Thanks!! ????
