Dunkin' - Beverly

Eating was fine. Layer manager was extremely rude and pious. Too many good restaurants to waste my money here. Stay away!

Drove thru last night before closing. Hot chocolate was like brown water and egg was frozen in the middle of my sandwich. I didn't want to give any food I had touched again, so I just whipped it all up. It was a waste of $6.06

Bad service. They have become worse over the years. I think they should go back to their former employees. How the orders are always wrong is really crazy. I understand that I'm trying to have diversity in your facility, but it's not working.

I don't know if they have new owners or not. Sure. Today was the worst experience I ever had here!!! I just wanted an ice caramel coffee and a bagel. You're at least 10 to 15 minutes to make the bagel. it didn't taste so great either. During the waiting, another gentleman was waiting. The cashier screams at her staff at the top of her lungs. Looks like they're family members there, but that's not the time to yell at each other while you have customers inside. I loved this dunkin? I think I'm going somewhere else from now on.

The staff at this location just isn't the brightest, it took them a while just to understand I wanted a medium coffee with no cream or sugar. The order was so simple but took so long because they put cream in it anyway
