Woman with glasses should be fired, she acts like she hates her life. She needs to read the book Customer Service for Dummies .

So I usually don’t write bad reviews unless I feel that someone did something to me that was pure evil and today this employee at Starbucks accomplished that goal, So usually I am a regular here and get the same exact thing every time and today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they forgot to put the cream cheese in so I asked them if I could get an extra cream cheese and this lady with glasses was so rude to me she said “well actually it doesn’t come with the bagel” in a rude voice and than I proceeded to explain how I’ve shopped here and they usually give it to me every time and she goes “well I actually work here so I would know” In such a rude attitude voice tone and than I stopped talking because I felt disrespected and I ended up paying for the cream cheese and it took them 5 minutes to hand me it so I knew they were doing that to make me upset. I will never eat here again worst service I ever received in my life. I hope this lady goes to a Dutch bros one day and sees the difference on how customers should be treated, I shouldn’t feel bad for ordering food. Absolutely unacceptable.

Quick service, otherwise a very average Starbucks. Nothing special but gets the job done quick.

Incredibly rude and short staffed. One second they are prioritizing order aheads and the next they're making them dead last.

Amazing location. Workers were so friendly. It got busy and they kept pumping out the drinks like it was nothing. And they still were friendly. Drinks were amazing too. Short wait times despite how busy.
