Bombay Balti House - Bexley

I visit this Indian restaurant in Bexleyheath three times a week and believe it is the best in the area. I often get takeaway and the staff is amazing. I would say this is the best food in Bexleyheath. Ordering on Just Eat is convenient and the food always arrives on time. The staff is very friendly. You have to try it to believe it.

Unplanned visit with my wife on a wet and windy Saturday night. We were warmly welcomed and quickly found a table in what looked a fairly full restaurant. We started with our usual benchmark of king prawn puri. The dish struck both of us as a little bland with only the coriander providing any notable flavour. I then moved onto a chicken with minced lamb and omelette. Again the flavour was a little lacking but then I tend to go for something a little more spicy. However on this occasion I was following a recommendation. My wife went for king prawn tandoori and she was of a similar opinion that the dishes were a little bland including the chana massala , brinjal bhaji and Bombay aloo.

Took my mum out for a meal, and the food is immaculate one of the nicest curry restaurants I’ve been to. The food didn’t take long, and the service was brilliant. I would definitely recommend going again.

Whether dining inside the restaurant or in fact using their takeaway service food is always very good.

Just moved to area so wanted to try new local restaurant.We arrived just after six and there were already four groups in there. Approximately 10-12 tables. By 7:30, it was completely full.We were greeted warmly, and shown to our table. We ordered papadums and they came with lovely selection of pickles.Indian lager and bottle of wine ordered. Nice enough. Lamb madras (informed by son lamb was tough), special rice, king prawn tandoori, mixed starter, and sag paneer.The food was very good, although a couple of things arrived at table just warm.Very reasonable prices.We had an enjoyable two hours, never felt rushed although they were full and will be back.
