Rude staff I ordered a pizza for delivery Wrong pizza got delivered I called to complain and wouldn’t help so I took it to store and they laughed at me and told me it was correct. I WOULD NOT GO OUT OF MY WAY TO TAKE A CORRECT PIZZA BACK. RUDE IGNORANT STAFF NOT EVEN OFFERED A REFUND

This Domino’s is **** They are not there to be help full We wanted to order several pizzas all half and half as everyone wanted something different The girl on the phone was quite rude as I said that it’s ridiculous that they don’t do half and half no more and she said no you just buy all small pizzas This place is only out for making money snd don’t care about the public it should be happy to serve. Please call the Sidcup dominions the girl on the phone was really helpful and they still do half and half The pizzas and all the food was better than we have ever had from welling The welling store we have found to be **** on previous times as well Will just go straight to Sidcup store every time from now on

Took ages to come was freezing cold and had a slug slivering all over my pizza. Could see wet marks over the box where it had gone all over the pizza and box

Orderd my pizza over the phone, Called back same number after an hour to find out where my order was, to be told by the manager “ there was no phone order I must have ordered it online” after several failed attempts of trying to get him to understand what I was saying I asked to speak to someone else! Thankfully the guy I originally ordered with came on the line and remembered me but after being put on hold and him going back and forth to his manager he said he had found it but it hadn’t gone through....ok so I’m a little disappointed but what happens now? He went back to the manager (11mins later) and come back with “you can have 50% off” ok so I asked how much it would be now knowing original price was £37.00 (so it should be £18.50) he said £27.50??? I asked him how is that 50% off he said because £37.00 was a deal? The manager wouldn’t agree to actually giving me 50% off so I told him how disappointed I was and to not bother, I put the phone down 2 mins later he called be back and asked did I want to go ahead with it I said “no” but now the manager said I could have it for £20 still £1.50 more than it should be! With a hungry family to feed it was now not just about the misplaced order, the hour I had waited or the £1.50 but was how completely frustrated and disgusted by the managers customer service I was..... Needless to say I didn’t accept the managers offer and would advise anyone to not waste their time using this branch!!!
