Duck was fatty, I don’t know why they added lettuce. Chicken tasted foul and the prawns was tasteless

Once again, the staff delivered excellent service. I have visited this restaurant multiple times and each time the food has been amazing. The atmosphere is very relaxing and you are always greeted warmly. I would highly recommend Jade Garden to anyone. Don't hesitate to ask for anything.

The takeout experience at this restaurant was terrible. I had to throw away the chicken satay skewers because they were raw and not cooked. The staff had a terrible attitude and took forever to handle the situation. Eventually, the chef intervened and gave me a refund. The rest of the meal was also excessively salty. I will never be using this restaurant again and will be reporting this to health and safety. If a child had eaten this food, it could have been dangerous. The chef definitely needs to be retrained. This was the worst experience I've had at this restaurant, despite being a regular customer for years. I wasted nearly £30 on this meal.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant today and it was delicious. The young man who took my order was very polite and helpful. The food arrived in just 20 minutes and was still hot. The delivery driver was also very polite. I really enjoyed the food.
