Bye Bye Bar - Bezirk Zuerich

Family of 7 (including my seriously pregnant woman, her son and older grandparents) sat in the sitting area outside the bar itself (which is not an indication, it belongs to the bar). A very rude member of the staff suddenly comes by to drink my wife... Starbuck's coffee and we demand to leave...did give us an option to buy from the bar. The same staff made the rounds to other people sitting in this area, with or without competitors and proved that they were moving if they had not bought from the bar. After reading the previous reviews, I am not surprised that this bar is basically empty.

Rude male waitress, terrible service! There is not absolutely no sign that the tables in one corner belong to this “bar”. We sat with 6 people (a child). We have set ourselves to drink coffee and buy something in the “Bye bye...bar”. The male waiter came rude to us and told us to go because we had some starbucks on the table and we were not allowed to stay there even though I told him we would just buy something in this bar. He always says no. So I told him you just lost six customers. So please don't eat there. It is not family-friendly and absolutely rude and not worth the time.

This afternoon I sat down and waited for about five minutes until the waiter, who did not really seem interested in me, came to me and very rudely addressed: Orders only from the counter! No, please excuse me, sir... Order only from the counter! I stood up and told him, I'm leaving. His answer was: Go! I thought the customers were even more important today. Anyway, avoid this place: very bad service.

We had some time to kill before check-in and sat down on a comfortable sofa in the main seating area of the Bye Bye Bar. The area is surprisingly quiet, no noise, no herds of people rushing through.Friendly waiter was with us within minutes and got us our drinks quickly and efficiently. Paying the bill took very little time, so perfect for an airport. As usual prices, were high (around SFr 5 for a coffee or a glass of mineral water is a bit steep).Nevertheless, as airport pubs go, this one is fine.

The waiter did not bother coming for our orders so we ordered at the bar (for 16 peoples). However as soon as we finished, we were asked insistently to keep moving...AVOID THIS PLACE!
