But also the eating Chinese folk seemed to be quite content, for me the food ws too bland, on a next visit to get some Take Away for Chinese guests I told them to cook for people from North- Beijing and o wonder the food was exactly right and wonderful for a decent price.
The cantonese duck is quite good. Probably the best dish to try in the restaurant if you are fan of duck. Noodles are also the nice options. Don't order the sweet and sour pork, well, the one we tried was no so good - bony and no meat. In general, it's a small family base restaurant that's casual and cozy with good service.
I went there for some take away; a starter and a main course. It was all delicious and not too expensive. Service was quick and friendly. I would definitely come back.
It was close to our hotel and the food was fresh, tasty and authentic chinese food. It is a tiny place. The prices were reasonable and the service was excellent.
Few tables, lovely food, every dish freshly prepared. Friendly and mindful service. Nice and quiet eat in, famous and busy take out. Not downtown but close and easy with pub trans, sure vaut le détour. Good place to go with someone you haven't seen in years or with your best friends.
