The food is nice and tasty and the service too is nice

I recently visited the hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The place was excessively crowded, leading to prolonged wait times to place an order. Additionally, there were instances of rudeness from both staff and fellow patrons, which negatively impacted the overall atmosphere. Improvement in managing crowd flow and customer service would greatly enhance the overall experience. Service: 1
