Little Caesars Pizza - Bharatpur

I had my husband pickup some pizzas, Italian cheese sticks, and a crazy bread combo after he got out of work. He cane home with the food and was very satisfied with the outstanding customer service he received. He mentioned the cashier name Shannon was to notch and he hasn't seen that kind of professionalism in a long time at this Little Caesars location. So it appears this location has made some major changes to win back customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. This absolutely the most unorganized and understaffed little Caesar’s around. The food is NEVER, and I mean NEVER ready when you get there, even when ordered in the app. The staff walks around in a daze and won’t even talk or communicate with you about the order. Honestly feel like it’s a special job release program because the staff act mentally disabled. They only start your order once you come in and ask where your order is. It freaking blows my mind every time I decide to give it another go ??‍

I called in an order for 8 pizzas for an event at my church. They had them hot and ready right on time and were so friendly.

The cashier was great.But everytime I come in for square deep dish, they are out of dough.No dough for cheesy bread either.Flies in the foyer while waiting. The front door is so heavy it's ridiculously heavy! I'm handicapped, use a cane....how do they expect you to open the door, either in or out, carrying a pizza, using a cane! The door also has tremendous suction. Even non handicapped people think it's stupid.That door comes back and hits you, once you do get it open.Just always unpleasant. The cashier was the only reason I was remotely happy.
