Cafe Chandi mati - Bhīm Tāl

This little cafe is setup in the heart of Mukteshwar. It serves really tasty Kumaoni Thali. And not only this, they customised the lunch option for my little one which was just like home made for him. He thoroughly enjoyed being there. I personally enjoyed having my Hibiscus infused ice tea , which was on the menu as the drink of the day. This tastes very good and I recommend it in case you are looking for options close to the nature. If you get seated inside, please be prepared of some house flies though.

We went for lunch. Loved beetroot tikki the most in starter. French coffee was good. Kameeri roti was also very nice. Overall good food. Good biryani.

Fabulous food, ambiance are very good I ordered kumaoni food, which is very tasty. I along with my 3 family members enjoyed the food very much

The reviews i read were worth the stop at this cafe. The food is good though i didnt liked the black rajma dal. The khichdi and kadhi is super!

With quite simplistic interiors and outlook Chandi mati cafe ensures that you taste the flavor of the some local food and share a wonderful experience!So a must try to get a flavor of some authentic Kumaoni food and they also personalize for some specific requirement if need be.The thali is a must try. Service quite good but they miss the promptness at times.
