Laziz - Bhopal

The dining experience was absolutely terrible. I had dined with my mother for lunch. The restaurant Laziz was empty, save for a table of 3 pax. I placed an order for 2 lime sodas which came in bitter. I asked for a change. It was...replaced with another batch of bitter soda. The fish haryali I ordered came an hour later...Cold!! When I asked the waiter the reason, he had this major attitude telling me that no one picked the order from the kitchen as everyone was up in the restaurant...all this with just 5 diners in the restaurant! He was not in the least bit apologetic!! He walked away while I was still talking to him. The staff here are rude.

I want to start by saying something positive about this restaurant. It is an amazing spot with a stunning view of the sea, delicious food, and high quality live music. Located right on the edge of a beautiful lake, it is the perfect setting for a romantic evening with loved ones or a fun night out with friends. I was impressed by the ambiance and live music, which added to the overall experience of dining there. However, there is always a downside to every place. In this case, it was the size of the restaurant and the quality of service provided. Despite being dressed casually for dinner during a trip with my two friends, the waiter made no effort to acknowledge us or our table. We had to resort to flagging down the manager to address the lack of service, which was unacceptable. It is disappointing to be judged based on appearance, as it does not reflect the true essence of a dining experience.

My family and I waited at the restaurant for 15 minutes with no water or waiter. Dining is not the only aspect to consider when evaluating a restaurant; cleanliness and hospitality are important too. Unfortunately, this restaurant did not have good hygiene standards, with no hairnets for the staff. It was not a relaxing or pleasant experience, so we ended up leaving without being served.

My friends and I went out for dinner. The food was excellent and the service was great. The atmosphere and the overall vibe of the restaurant were also really enjoyable.

To spend a quiet evening with their close loves in bhopal, just go to this beautiful restaurant. directly at the oat of the beautiful bhopal upper lake, when you go early, you can see a view of the table. the evening street and the building. lighter, reflect on the quiet lake for an unforgettable view. eating is good, prepared in awadhi kitchen. the service is good. the bar is good on stock and cheap. the best part is gazals, live sang by a local artist. a great evening experience!
