I've been here a lot. My review is based on the experience of my last visit. It is obvious that I went there because I was a satisfied customer. I liked their quality of food and service. I went to Dalemi on a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant wasn't so crowded, maybe because of the pandemic. It took 10-15 minutes to come for someone with the menu. After the order it took 20-30 minutes for processing. When lunch was almost over, I ordered cold drinks for masala. The waiter took a long time and I remembered him again. Then I noticed that he was busy with the maintenance of another table that hardly paid a note to my order. Maybe he thought we were done with lunch. I had to ask a waiter, and he apologized that they can't offer any masala cold drinks today. It was a terrible experience. The food was not as delicious as usual. The restaurant has probably found a new owner who can't manage things. I was wasting three hours for her mismanagement. I'm not the only one to complain. I observed that an old couple left the restorer after waiting for half an hour. I will not go back to Dalema, I know better restaurants with better food and service. I thought to give a bad review, but I stepped back and gave a decent review of the quality food and service I got there in the past.
Except food, Dal and others were below average. Fish and mutton were right to expectations. Credit card not working and had to pick up cash to pay bills. Service is good.
I wish the ambience was better. The food was really really good. Loved the patra poda items
Affordable price and we'll maintained restaurant... it's a three star type food but acomodation and maintenance superb
