Vitamines in Biarritz, is opposite the Cinema at 7 Avenue Marechal Foch, just 2-3 streets back from the main beach. It appears to be run by a Mother and daughter, both of whom are very obliging and full of smiles. The cafe is great for a quick lunch without the expense of one of the cafes and restaurants nearer to the beach. They have plat du jour formules, assiettes, tartes, burgers, sandwiches, salades, bagels and more and can be heartedly recommended as a quiet, cool restful place on a hot day but also as a warm place on a wet and windy day. The decor is great and the back room is very relaxing with a very clean toilet and everything well done. They also do take away or emporter and are open to 23 hr or 11 p.m 6 days a week.
