Food very well prepared, for big eaters! Quality of the food was very good, especially the seafood is highly recommended. If you speak a little Portuguese you have a clear advantage! You don't have to eat the small appetizers often mentioned in other reviews, which are brought without asking, if you don't want them. Only the starters that you actually consume are charged. The pub is very loud and there is sport on the TV. Really authentic!

Where should you even start? The experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. When we arrived at the restaurant, there was a huge commotion in front of the house of people who wanted to pick up take-away orders. People were queuing all over the restaurant and beyond, so it took a good 10 minutes until we made it from the entrance to the table. Arrived at 11:30, we were able to order our DRINKS HALF AN HOUR later. At the same time, the queue got longer and longer and more and more people took a seat at the tables. It took a whopping another 90 minutes for our order to be taken! Every single take away guest was served before even the first order was taken from ALL tables. There is no map or menu. Someone comes to the table, shouts out the three or four dishes that are on offer due to the noise in the restaurant and then you have to choose within seconds. Reorder drinks? None. Two and a half hours have now passed since I entered the restaurant and we are still waiting for our food. People who arrived over an hour later receive their food at that exact moment. Failure on all levels, all the good reviews are inexplicable to me. Never again.
