The mark is seductive. we stayed there for dinner when we stayed in a hotel close to it. in the upper floor there is an AC special room and a general room. the ambiente is ok. service good and polite. there are three types of thalis. dish flour only comes for...125 puri or roti. rasily and sambar. was very tasty (Beetroot-Rasam). so they were lures. more than enough for what we have paid.
In the literal proximity of our hotel five of us went from a small group tour to dinner. very helpful staff and a good menu (in english). we had five main things, one rice, a few naans, a few other brote and it was all. we could eat. all very delicious and pleasant spicy. the bill was just under 900 rupien about £9. sad no alcohol, so a beer before they go! whole group (8) went to breakfast the next morning. good choice of the dosas and other Indian dishes and half-decent coffee recommended
This is one of the best places to have food in bidar. the food was excellent. the service was very fast.
My lovely wife and I were staying nearby so ended up visiting this restaurant a couple of times during our visit to Bidar. It's a busy place with seating over two floors. You can choose from a wide range of North Indian veg curries or...a smaller selection of South Indian standards such as idli, dosa uttapam. They also have chaat, pav bhaji and some rice noodle dishes. Our first visit was for dinner. We shared veg pasander, dal fry and a big pile of roti to mop it all up with. Everything was nicely made and pretty tasty. Our next visit was for breakfast. I had poori bhaji while my wife had an onion uttapam. Again, pretty good. Prices are reasonable too with curries typically costing between ₹100 and ₹150. Service is a bit surly but you can't have everything. A safe bet whatever meal you're looking for.
