Dunkin' - Biddeford

I really wish I could give this place zero stars. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes while three employees at the drive-thru completely ignored me before I finally decided to leave.

I ordered coffee and a bagel to enjoy in the store, but the line was ridiculously long—nine miles! They expected me to wait in line to pick up my online order. This is utterly unacceptable; they should either turn off the online ordering or find a better system.

The staff at the Biddeford location, across from the hospital, were very friendly, and the place was clean. I appreciated having an open seating area where I could get some work done. I've noticed that many Dunkin locations only have their drive-thrus open, so this was a nice change.

Used tp go every day at least 3 times. Not no more.. it takes way too long.. lunch is over before you can get through the line. They gotta do the thing where ya go inside for large orders again

Classic Dunkin Donuts coffee. I ordered a medium coffee with extra cream and regular sugar. It was made just right. I was disappointed that the staff weren't allowed to take tips so I deducted 2 stars for that.
