Mcdonald’s - Biel/Bienne

Went there around 17:00 and ordered Coffee which was good. Then we decided to eat and ordered some food. The food arrived on our table and 3 Sauces were missing. The cheeseburger which I ordered with +3 extra cheeses was the biggest disaster (see the photos). The BigMac was cold the Fries were ok. Located in the center, not so much places for dining in, cold temperature inside because the door is opening a lot of times (automatic door), food is arriving from 5-10 minutes. I give 2 Stars because the food is not hot and the cheeseburger is disaster and the cold Temperature.

Terrible service. I was waiting for 45 minutes for a simple burger and in the end I left without getting the food I had paid for. The store manager should reconsider their staffing needs.

Vero poor igiene. Toilet closed out of service and you can't wash your hands before eat.. no good

Clean and tidy, my order was wrong, but was immediately corrected. Nice staff

McDonalds has delicious food. It's not very healthy, but you can eat it sometimes. My favorites are Big Mac and Swtrawberry fràppe. Big Tasty is also very delicious burgers.
