It was the only open coffee spot. I was surprised that they had different vegan options, such as bagels with hummus or a chili with focaccia bread. The large menu had not listed any prices. We asked about it and instead got a little paper. The food was fine, I ordered the chili with Focaccia bread. The bread did not taste or looked like Focaccia, but it tasted good. Not many vegan options. The girl who checked me didn't know about the food she sold. The prices were not listed on the posted menu (is this legal? , I did not see any printed menus. They make a supplement of $3,99 for using a credit card or debit card, for each order of magnitude. The minimum tip option they give on the screen is 12% Since this is essentially a quick ordering place, and you need to fill your own coffee, this is too high. Half of the bread served was old, which was masked by roasting to a crisp. For all the many options in Big Bear, it should be obvious that I am not back here.

We were here the weekend, so it was understandable that our food took a long time to get out. The sandwiches were good, fairly pricy $15 per). But the service was terrible, and we will never return. My husband and 6ish other men waited to use the restroom for a long time that was locked. Apparently the staff knew all the time that the key was locked in and they had no back. But you didn't say the men were waiting. My husband really had to go and talk to a man waiting for his wife to be done. She was the only woman who tried to use the woman's toilet. She was fine when my husband entered and used it quickly after her. An employee passed when he was finished and YELLED with him for the use of the woman resting room and would not hear if the woman and her husband were tired of explaining that she was okay with him quickly as the men were not available. The bagels are vegan but they only have avocado, veggies, and hummus. Just be sure to clarify if you get hummus, they accidentally gave us cream cheese. but good atmosphere and nice people.
