Craft Café - Big Bear Lake

Not for the hacke. place is very ho hum. speak strictly about food quality. it's charming, but it's not good to eat. it looks good, but it tasted bland. boring. waste of calorie. huge pancakes without inherent good taste. also no vegan options. at the breakfast they couldn't make a veggieburger. boo hoo, go somewhere else. drink to the breakfast. so many liqueurs in big bear. ****, it must be so much hepatic patients here in the sick house

Grizzly Manor Cafe is awesome! We came on a Monday with a party of 9 and we didn't have to wait for too long. The staff is very nice and one of the servers even brought us complimentary animal crackers for our little one. That alone scores major brownie points! The food came out so fast and it was delicious. Also, the portions are huge so I would recommend sharing. We are definitely coming back again!

Delicious homemade style breakfast! Perfect for fueling up before hitting the mountain. Came in on a week day so there was no wait at all. If you're coming on a weekend come early or be prepared to wait a bit. Shared the polar bear for 2 and it was MASSIVE. Highly recommend the blueberry pancake. Staff/service was amazing always checking in with us. Will come back.

This is an awesome local breakfast/brunch dive spot. A couple of salty guys with local no nonsense sarcasm and attitude will make you feel at home. Great food and large portions. Get there as early as you can as it gets very busy and if you finish your meal you probably won 't need lunch. Order the blueberry pancakes sissy boy if you want to get a lot of **** from the locals... and get your own damn coffee!

Extremely good food very VERY generous portions. We got the gunny scramble, egg white omelette, and a blueberry pancake to share. Way too much food for 2 people. The egg dishes came with hash brown and two pieces of toast (which we did not know. Definitely left with a full to-go container. Very tight space and loud/busy atmosphere. It was honestly a little overwhelming. Not somewhere you should go if you're trying to have a relaxed breakfast. They have a military discount as well.
