Juice Factory - Big Bear Lake

I'm looking for healthier food options, and I tried the Power Acai bowl at this location. While it tasted good, I couldn’t really identify if it had acai in it. The banana topping was very ripe, which I didn’t mind. However, the staff were not friendly. There was a sign asking customers to be nice to the employees because they’ve had a tough day at work. Having spent over 20 years training people in customer service, I found it quite unusual to see such signs. It feels a bit backwards to me; perhaps if the employees were nicer, customers would be more inclined to reciprocate. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this place.

The staff is very rude. I was informed that there are no restrooms available (and I'm a paying customer). It's a legal requirement for establishments like this to provide a restroom. I recommend going to Frusion, which is part of the same company but has a friendly staff and restroom facilities.

Owner is a screamer, abused customers. places signs on saying the customer should be nice if it is actually them that are confused. does not say the truth in her post. or maybe she has abused so many people that she can't keep us straight.

Owner did not tell the truth in her response, She did not open door early for me. I came in after she opened for business, I did not yell when after waiting while she was loudly talking and stopping in the middle of slicing strawberries repeatedly. When I asked to be just given she went all Amber Heard crazy.The person in line behind me left without ordering. Many reviews here are how bad the service is. I 'd guess she had employee problems because she is a nightmare. Not to worry she will go out of business. Original post. Signs all over the place to be kind to employees who bother to show up. The employees working this morning were rude! They were talking over the very loud music and when I asked to just give the order to me screamed I don 't deserve to be spoken to this way ! I had just said please give me my bowl. It was ready and just sitting. Order was secondary to their recap of personal problems. The inmates are running the asylum. Other people just walked out. Sooooo goood!!! Legit everything on menu !!! Love their açaí bowls and Stacey smoothie.. soooo freakin good!
