The guy who took our order saw us several times but didn’t say anything, so we assumed our pizzas weren’t ready yet and continued to wait. Eventually, after 40 minutes, we joined the line of people waiting to pay. It was frustrating to see that, despite the large number of staff, no one was attending to the counter, and no one seemed to know where any orders were. We kept noticing half-finished orders waiting for random items like wings and salads, which was baffling since those cook much faster than pizzas. About 10 minutes later, we finally got someone’s attention and discovered that our pizzas had been sitting in the warmer for about 20 minutes while they were waiting for the cinnamon bites, which they had only just put in. It was infuriating. There was no excuse given, and no one offered us a drink while we waited—absolutely nothing. In the end, we waited for about an hour instead of the promised 25 minutes. Before leaving, we checked our pizzas to ensure they were correct. When we got home, we discovered that one of the pizzas wasn’t cut, and to top off our already disappointing experience, the cinnamon bites didn’t come with any dipping sauce.
Definitely more a sports bar not a restaurant, but friendly staff, the wings and meatballs Sub were good. My pizza took out forever and I'm pretty sure it was just a frozen pizza. If Red Baron Bar is called, not Red Baron Pizza.
We like small business and we're visiting for the weekend and thought this would be good but was proven otherwise. Ordered 2 mini pizzas with no special instructions and a salad for delivery. Prepaid the meal and tipped 20% digitally hoping to get good service. Instead it took 1 Hour and 45 Minutes to get delivered. The crusts were wrong on both pizzas. Meat lovers pizza was cold and dough under cooked and my wife didn't even want to touch her Margherita because it had enough garlic to kill a vampire. God forbid the cook has to do anything 2 hours before close. The only redeeming part was the delivery guy was cool and polite which I can appreciate.
I visited last night and ordered a family pepperoni pizza. I ended up waiting an hour and a half for it. I only received my pizza after I asked for a refund. The pizza tasted like a Red Baron frozen pizza from the supermarket. It seems that many reviews highlight how the restaurant doesn’t take responsibility for their poor service.
I stopped by this restaurant during a long day of riding, and it was definitely worth the visit. Although the place was busy, we didn't have to wait long. We ordered a small combo pizza and a couple of side salads, which were fresh and nicely portioned. The small pizza was generously topped, and even though we were quite hungry, we had to leave a slice behind. The pizza had great flavors and the slices were hearty. The staff was very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this place!
