Service is wonderful. Cocktails delicious. Hubby ordered 10oz NY steak. I ordered a pizza and a side salad (I've been craving a pizza). Hubby loved his steak and fixings. My pizza was so good. Our server was Jedith, she was fantastic! They have nice variety on their menu too. They also offer 10% off the bill if you pay with cash.

Husband and I have not been here for a month. In Coronado and Rancho Mirage. Celebrating my husband's 76th birthday. Have dined here three times now and think Santana us the best of the best! Great spinach and artichoke dip! Great rose wine! I used to dine at Paoli's when Santana was a busboy, his mom, Susie, was a waitress and his grandmother was the manager! I really have a hard time reading negative posts! If you cannot support our Big Bear businesses, then do not list! The food was delicious! My husband loved the chicken pasta dish with broccoli and carrots! I am a highly honored teacher, counselor and school administrator in Los Angeles County! I have a room full of highly deserved awards! Too many angry people posting! If you cannot post a positive review for a Big Bear Restaurant or business, then please do not do so. My husband's family has been up here since 1957 and we built our home in 1980! Yes, I love Oakside, Sweet Basil Bistro, and Captain's Anchorage! Please help our businesses stay opened! I have read lists from very angry people, many of whom are entirely too negative! We all need to support our local businesses! If you can not post a positive review, then please do not. The economy of Big Bear needs all the help they can get!!!!! I have known Gabriel and Maria Rojas for thirty five years! They have worked so hard to support the Big Bear Business Community! Yes, we all have out favorite restaurants, but we all need to be open minded and try to be supportive! I can guarantee you that restaurant owners in Big Bear appreciate my support! A room full of awards in education, but my focus is now supporting our businesses! Try to appreciate the individuality of every restaurant/ business! I am very proud of the family who owns Santana's!!!

My husband's lobster ravioli was good, my chicken piccata was unfortunately not. The portion was large with a lot of pasta, big piece of chicken, but lacking overall flavor.

The view was nice and the capped mushrooms were delicious! My partner and I enjoyed our pasta dishes and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the cocktails were a bit of a let down, but overall we had a model Tom experience.
