Papa John's Pizza - Big Flats

Their food and service is AMAZING wish they had a place in Corning (old pizza hut on Pulteny Street) is empty hint hint guys. You'll have A lot of business.

The staff were not very polite, and we had to wait over 15 minutes for 8 slices.

Tuesday $1 slice day for pepperoni or sausage slices! $2 for cheesesteak slices. Don't just get one! Support your local business! Get 2 or more to share with family, friends or coworkers!!! You buy this week and hopefully they return the favor in the future weeks!!! TASTY!!!

I received the wrong order and when I contacted the manager, she instructed me to bring it back for a refund. However, I ended up having to pay the difference for the correct order, and unfortunately, that one was also messed up. It seemed like the manager was more focused on having a good time and dancing than addressing the issue properly. Overall, this was the worst customer service experience I've ever had!

I've been here a couple times after having avoided Papa Johns for a while, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was, if I had money now I'd order up a pizza here.
