I waited for a long time to be served only to discover that they had limited options, which they blamed on the night crew. The sub I received was supposed to be toasted but was actually ice cold. I will not be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place is a complete joke. None of the food was ready because of the night crew, and what was available was cold even after it was toasted. The attitudes of the staff were terrible. I will never come back here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I strongly recommend that you consider firing Sara for her terrible customer service towards people of color. I was appalled by her behavior and felt the need to share my experience. While waiting in line behind a man of color, Sara treated him disrespectfully, giving me my order before finishing his. She then proceeded to take her time on my order and only wrapped up the man's order after mine, even though he was first in line. When the man's wife arrived, Sara continued with her disrespectful attitude, slowing down her order as well. When the man questioned her behavior, she made excuses about a nonexistent line and displayed a dismissive attitude. It was clear that Sara had no respect for the man and his wife. I will never return to your establishment because of the poor treatment we received from Sara. I suspect that the man and his wife will also not be returning. It is unfortunate that you are losing customers due to one employee's unacceptable behavior. Sincerely, [Name]

Service was horrible. No one knows food safety clearly. The person that did subs did not change her gloves after handling money with them and then made our subs. Very unsatisfied. The proper food safety is if you touch anything like money yourself or and things that can cross contaminate to someone's food, you are suppose to change your gloves and put new ones on so you do not get anyone sick. So honestly if you see this happen when you are seeing your food made be vocal and tell them to please change there gloves so no one gets sick.

They need a better way to make salads. Expiration dates on creamers needs to be routinely checked
