Pilot Travel Center - Big Lake

I cannot express enough how wonderful Brandy is at this restaurant. She truly went above and beyond in her service, taking it to a personal level for me and my family. I hope the management recognizes what an amazing asset she is to the Big Lake location. I am grateful for her kindness and empathy during our visit on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 around 5pm. Thank you again, Brandy!

The service at this restaurant is excellent and the pizza is good. However, every time I have gone they do not have cheese pizza, even though I remember they used to. The drink options are good, but some other items are slightly more expensive. Overall, I still think it's pretty good.
