Should be rated the best ? in Big Rapids Parking: Limited parking lot, but definitely depends on time and day of week as like any other good pizza place they do have thier peak days and times
Found a hair in my pizza. Must be bonus for spending 48.00 Dietary restrictions: Gluten free sub buns. More chees is preferred since the buns can be dryer
Ordered door dash today, dasher was awesome/ food… not so good. Ordered brew fries which were burnt to a crisp. LITERALLY a few of them were black and torched to dust- like consistently. Husband got a grinder and that was burnt too. Gave the stars I did because I got a salad and that was decent. Quite sad because we have lived here the whole of our lives and remember when this place had the best grinders and pizza around. Unless they take a hard and fast turn- they will be out of business in a few years.
First off we were looking at the online big rapids menu the prices for everything are listed so we decide what we want menu says 5.99 for a personal pan pizza and 7.99 for 9 in subs so we go to online ordering and the prices are all $2 or more increased so my wife calls to find out why and the guy answers the phone with hi so she asks if this is mancinos the idiot says uhh ya well when you answer a business phone the professional way is to say the company name and then ask how you can help the person so right off the bat very unprofessional so she then asks why the prices are different and he comes back with an attitude so she asks for a manager and of course he is the manager lol what a joke no professionalism no customer service and rude as hell I'll never order from them btw this was our very first experience with this place the Grand rapids location is great
