Mcalister's Deli - Big Spring

Nope! 2 things wrong before I even walk in the door. In viewing their menu, the first thing I notice, the first thing I was interested in is for reward members only? WTH? I'm passing through and there are not McAllister's near me so I'm not joining your club. Secondly, their website doesn't have prices, at least on their spuds.

We are traveling and decided to have lunch here. Two Cooks and one person taking orders. Over 8 tables needed to be cleaned off. On those plates, the food was half eaten. Our lunch was not good at all. I truly felt sorry for the workers. They are doing their best under the circumstances. One guy brought on Dairy Queen because he didn't want to wait. It took 20 minutes for us to get our food. Go apply at this location. They need the help. Service: Dine in

We got here today at just after 7pm and ordered 3 sandwiches. No drinks, just broccoli and a bag of chips as the only sides. It's now 7:50 and we're still waiting. Other people are still waiting who were here before us. I'm not sure what's going on but this is the slowest and worst service we've ever gotten here. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Smelled likeca sewer. The tea was terrible. Tasted like dirt. My friend ordered a salad with onions extra ranch. The brought the wrong salad first. Never got the onions. Never got the extra ranch that cost $0.89. I took my tea back and asked for the cup to be rinsed, then change to dp. She didn't rinse the cup. So I got dp with a dirt tea taste. Pathetic customer service. If I could give no stars it would be more appropriate! Service: Dine in
