The Varsity - Big Spring

I ordered a cheeseburger and Tater tarts and my Fiance ordered a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings unnecessary to say it was one of the best burgers we had in a long time. They use an air convection frit unlike a deep frit with oil, which I think is healthier. They also serve the blue bell ice cream. Very reasonable prices! Opens at 9 o'clock closes at 10 o'clock Monday to Saturday!

Fresh home cooking. The mushroom Swiss burger was amazing. Ice was perfect. Friendly staff and very clean furnishings! Would recommend everyone!

Great food... only problem was the place. I feel if they are in town instead of in the mall, they have a lot more business Becuz the good really is great and there are still so many locals who do not even know about this place Becuz its location. But next to the place it is really worth it.

My favorite part is when you come and they all welcome you in The Varsity. Burgers were really good and service was even better.
