Restaurant in the center of bilbao that is expanding with another local. They have a covered terrace. the specialty is txuleton, there are other options, but if you don't go for subjective meat better place. We were people and we weren't very hungry, we wanted to try a txuleton (they had options), we were recommended the lowest price they asked us for a small piece, they told us that at the end when they brought it they were like we didn't have much idea of it and they told us it was okay to accept. without being expert in meat, was it rich? Yes, to pay almost the piece with potatoes and peppers? at least it is not worth it. I understand that they are special pieces that you can't find in a butcher shop, but I think people in general can't value that specifically. the place is fresh and well served, but in the dining room you go out with a brasilero smell and in our case, that we were at the door of the hall, there was a manager or waiter who told themselves all the time what had to do joto where we were with a rather uncomfortable voice to keep a joto conversation next door. We ask for an entrance and a glass of wine and water. We go out to something more per person. For me, it was too much meat.

La comida es espectacular. Nos detuvimos por casualidad y fue un descubrimiento. con terraza para comer en compañía de su cabello y calor. camareros muy amables.
Nos hemos dejado aconsejar por el personal y la verdad que hemos acertado..Trato y comida de muy alto nivel..no tardaremos en repetir..
