Gin Fizz Cocktail - Bilbao

This is the cocktail heavens.You NEEEEED to taste the Lucky Harmony. I was surprised at how good it was! The atmosphere there is on the cozy side. 4 stars due to the slow service. The bartender served us one by one and it took about 25 minutes to serve us all. When the last one was served, some were already done with the drink.

If the barman has been any slower he could have passed as French. 30 minutes to take and make 4 drinks without anyone else in the bar unbelievable. Go to Singular across the road

The best knowledgeable bearder we meet in our lives. We were lucky he took the time to do a master class with us. We experienced nothing less than a new world of flowers and textures. Diego s Passion is contagious and inspiring.

Great variety of interesting cocktails! Highlights for us were the French jimador (lavender or violet with tequila base) and lucky harmony fizz (a liquid almondy nutmeggy cookie vibe). You will be best served if you go during the low attendance hours. Will definitely recommend and return!

GiN FiZZ, THE place to be for all aficionados of fine beverages! The best ingredients don’t mean a thing if you don’t know how to cook. But this bar combines excellent ingredients with staff that know their trade. I had the pleasure to be served by Diego and he took the indulgence for drinks to a new level. My recommendation, don’t order something you already know. Talk about your preferred taste and let the bartender come up with his own creation. And in case the bar is busy, be patient, it is worth the wait. Thanks again Diego (and all the other last customers that were there for a memorable experience.
