Totopo Urquijo Mexican Food - Bilbao

I grew up in a city along the Mexican border, so I would say I have a decent palate for Mexican food. When I travel, I'm always looking for a little taste of home. While the food was flavorful, it somehow doesn't strike me as typical Mexican. Lots of random sauces in the burrito. The quesadilla was a bit squishy and off. (My hotel was literally only three blocks away, so it was eaten quite soon after ordering. If you need a pick me up while youre traveling in Bilbao, it's a fair option, but there was ZERO customer service. There was no greeting and as I was leaving, I wished both employees a nice day (I speak Spanish and neither said anything, nor thanked me for my business. I personally wouldn't eat there again mostly because of the poor customer service. I'd rather support a business that employs customer facing employees.
