We have been hosting hiring caterers for Christmas Eve for the last 20yrs and no one came close to the professionalism , elegance in presentation and deliciousness of every single dish prepared by the Chefs of Above the Clouds Dani and Silvia ????they truly made this Christmas Eve one to remember! And Carole and Jim were super at helping make us feel like guests at our own event ! ????

Dan and Silvia at Above the Clouds catered our wedding welcome dinner in October and were the absolute best. It started with the menu. We had asked if they were willing to do an Oktoberfest themed menu not only were they willing, but they sent over the most incredible ideas and helped me solidify a menu that would be delicious and accommodating for our guests. Throughout the months leading up to the event, they were responsive and helpful, coordinating with our venue to ensure the evening went off without a hitch. The food was amazing and exceeded my expectations. Their staff were the kindest I have ever encountered and were extra sweet to me (the bride) making sure I was happy and had enough to eat. HIGHLY recommend Above the Clouds Catering their food and staff are a part of my wedding weekend that I will never forgot.

Our experience with Above the Clouds catering was beyond what we expected. We recently used Dan Silvia for a 50th Birthday party. From their professionalism to their abilities in the kitchen, we are blown away with their performance. They managed the whole meal for us, from making the menu and supplying the food, to setting the tables and serving the food. The best part.....They even cleaned everything up after! Their services were just what we needed to take the stress off our plate!(no pun intended). Dan and Silvia's ability to offer a Full-Service meal was just what we needed, to allow us to worry less and focus on planning the rest of the party. We had such confidence in them once we tasted their food and had our first meeting. The food was Tasteful and well prepared. The staff was friendly and well mannered. The service was impeccable.
