Denny's - Billings

When our meals finally arrived, the eggs were burnt and cold, while the hash browns were undercooked and also cold. Having experience working in both front and back of the house roles in fine dining and casual settings, I understand the challenges of being short-staffed. However, it’s essential to communicate this to patrons so that they can decide whether to stay. This transparency would have made us more patient knowing we chose to wait. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience.

My daughter really enjoyed her birthday pancakes! The customer service has always been excellent, and the prices are very reasonable.

During our visit to the state, we had the best experience at this Denny's! I believe our waitress's name was Rosie, and she was fantastic—friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious, and the eggs were the best I've ever had at a restaurant!

We always have a pleasant culinary experience here, especially if Suki is our waitress! Beyond healthy portions of good food at decent prices, and usually the place is quite quiet, even if it is packed. Oh, and the milkshakes are amazing!

Breakfast early morning and everyone else. Wife and I sat right away, although the restaurant was very full. Both orders came out very quickly (How did the kitchen do this) We enjoyed our food and our experience immensely.
