Mcdonald's - Billings

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant this week. The speaker at the drive-thru was broken, so I waited for a long time, but when I finally got to the window, the woman there was extremely rude and told me to just drive around again. I explained that the equipment wasn't working and asked if she could take my order instead. I was hoping for a pleasant day, but many other places were closed.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The woman with the Buddy Holly glasses and tie shirt actually huffed at me when I returned to request some fries. I asked her to fill the fry carton completely, but she seemed annoyed. When she finally brought them back, she told me they should weigh six ounces, which is why they weren't filled to the top. Honestly, I didn't want to engage with her anymore, and I have no intention of returning to this place. For someone like me, who struggles with social anxiety, visiting new places can be intimidating, and my order took much longer than it should have, especially when the restaurant was nearly empty. Hopefully, the Burger King next door offers better customer service!

Usually not eat here, but it was the only breakfast place I could find. the business and the bathroom were clean. the personal was friendly. eating was hot and fresh. big soda fountain. egg mcduffin still stops.

The poor new employee seemed nervous, and I felt for him—I've been there before. However, the person responsible for his training should have been present. It was clear that he was struggling, as our order was missing my beloved French fries and the chocolate milkshake I had ordered for my child. Aside from that, I actually prefer this McDonald's to many others in Billings. I'm sure they can improve on these aspects.

I ordered a sausage muffin sub Canadian bacon and got regular bacon instead. It was good but just not what I ordered and couldn't go back as I was on my way to work.
