The two ribeyes were cooked to the temperatures requested, but the meat seemed a little chewy. I ate only half of it, but it wasn’t good. The filet was OK, but seemed tough for that cut of meat. Service was great and location was perfect in relation to the nearby hotels.
We got the lettuce wrap but it was just a wedge of lettuce next to a pile of meat, so it didn’t really come as a wrap. The gumbo soup and the shrimp and scallops pasta was great!
We had to change from 6 to 4 people; they said no problem, then took us to a table for 10. We weren’t happy, and the hostess didn’t make any effort to remedy the “school cafeteria” feel. Our server, when told we weren’t happy, went all out and found us a nice table for four. (It wasn’t in her area though) Our servers were very good, the side dishes were weak at best. The meat was very well prepared as we ordered.
Food was good as always. Must have been an off night for wait staff though.
We always pick Rib and Chop House for our most special celebrations! This celebration was for my son’s college graduation and job acceptance! My brother drove over from Miles City. Our table, servers, and food were wonderful! We never were in need, and left beyond full! It will continue to be our favorite “go to” for a pricey, super delicious treat place to celebrate our best celebrations!!
