Good fresh ingredients. Even though it 's a national chain, I would recommend this place. I have had quite a few good meals here; the pork burrito is my favorite. The decor is a little sterile, and the large open room lacks any feeling of comfort. However if you just want to eat some good 'fresh mex ' that 's reasonably priced, this place should fit the bill.

Qdoba Mexican Grill, Billings. A few months ago I traveled to a few cities in Minnesota where Chipotle Mexican Grill was launching and was the latest 'fast, yet fresh ' craze. I remember wishing hoping that Billings, Montana would have something similar...and lo and behold, Qdoba came to town. <br/ <br/ I tried Qdoba last week (a few weeks after launch) and was was pleasantly surprised by the attentive and speedy service. Mind you, I dined at 10:55 (to beat the 'new restaurant in Billings ' rush. Regardless, the staff members were polite, prompt and friendly despite the store being only a few weeks old. <br/ <br/ I dined on the pulled pork burrito (with black beans) and added a side of chips and guacamole. Everything was de-lish! The pulled pork was amazing. The sauce (a lime-flavored sour-cream) was the perfect complement....the beans rice (were beans and rice, of course) but a nice filling addition to my meal. ...and the guacamole that came with the clearly freshly made chips...brilliant! A little like scooping out a fresh avocado with chips...only with a little spice and flavor. <br/ <br/ ...a few tips...First....this place gets busy (and rightfully so)...so try to visit a few minutes (or an hour or so) during peak meal hours. Second...come hungry. They have an extensive menu including a 'pick-two ' option. I picked 'one '...plus some chips which I shared with a friend...and still had food to spare. <br/ <br/ Finally....the prices are fantastic. I bought my meal....a 'to-go ' kids ' meal (for my son 's lunch) and a friend 's meal for under $20. I am pretty sure I 've spent about the same at a local fast-food chain for some happy meals super-sized adult meals. Only this time, I didn 't leave with a guilty...icky-full feeling.
